Political scientist from the London School of Economics and Political Science, with an MSc in Environmental Policy from the same university. She currently serves as Head of the Public Management and Open Government Area of the Latin American and Caribbean Institute for Economic and Social Planning (ILPES). She was previously an Environmental Affairs Officer in the Sustainable Development and Human Settlements Division at ECLAC. She has experience as a researcher on issues of public management oriented toward sustainable development and environmental democracy, collaborative governance, innovation, participation, transparency, and accountability in public affairs.
