Brief biography
Consultant in the Natural Resources Division of ECLAC, in the Water and Biodiversity Unit. She actively participates in the analysis and design of public policies aimed at strengthening water and energy governance in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has participated as a speaker in various events that seek to promote integrated and sustainable management of regional water infrastructure. Her work at ECLAC includes the development of cross-sectoral methodologies that link water, energy, biodiversity, and food, providing technical and institutional tools to address common challenges in sustainability and resilience. She has a background in economics, natural resources, and public policy.
